Eki's Women Empowerment Center
Eki's Women Empowerment Center is dedicated to supporting women facing challenges like mental health struggles, domestic violence, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, or experiences with human trafficking. These barriers often hinder their ability to thrive, leaving them unseen and unsupported in society. At Eki’s, we offer holistic programs that promote healing, self-sufficiency, and empowerment. Through services such as housing stability, career readiness, leadership classes, counseling, and health referrals, we help women rebuild their lives. Each participant creates a personalized action plan, serving as a roadmap to independence, while fostering self-love and confidence in a nurturing environment.

Eki’s journey through severe mental health challenges inspired a movement. Her growth and development, supported by love and resources, became the foundation for a community-driven program aimed at uplifting women who face similar barriers.

As part of Eki’s Women Empowerment Center, Georgianna’s Place of Warmth & Cooling Center offers immediate relief during extreme weather conditions. This subsidiary initiative provides essential services, including:

Located at the corner of Inkster Road and Avondale, this 2,200 sq. ft. facility serves as a lifeline for individuals facing the harsh realities of Michigan's cold winters and scorching summers.
